Mountain Bluebird

Mountain Bluebird and Coyote, photographed 23 March 2023, Leonhardt Ranch Learning Landscape.

My first view is from a distance of about twenty yards. I got a couple of photos before the bird flew off, but it landed right away on a nearby wood fence post.
For brilliance, it’s hard to beat the male Mountain Bluebird in full breeding plumage.
This is the same bird but the lighting is from a different angle as it had changed its perch and I changed my vantage point.
This Coyote was about 1/4 mile from where I was standing, and it was moving with haste.
Abbada dabbada, that’s all folks!
